Privacy notice details
Who is responsible
The Radius Lab LLC is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. For privacy questions or requests, email info@theradiuslab.com.
Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to provide in a newsletter signup, job application, general careers introduction, project-context inquiry, or booking request. This may include your email; application details and resume; a brief careers message and optional supporting document; name, company, and workflow context; preferred meeting details; and optional booking notes. When you submit a project inquiry, we may create related company, contact, lead, opportunity, task, meeting, and correspondence records in our private sales CRM. These records may include your name, business email, company, website, service interest, message, meeting details, and follow-up history. We also use limited technical signals to protect our forms from abuse. If you accept optional analytics, we collect website interaction information as described below.
Information from other sources
We may collect company and business-contact information from publicly available sources or directly from a business contact for business-development research and appropriately reviewed outreach. We may also receive limited applicant information from external recruiting platforms through our private careers mailbox. We use that information only to administer recruitment and communicate about relevant roles.
How we use information
We use newsletter information to deliver the updates you request, recruitment information to evaluate and administer applications and general career introductions, and inquiry and booking information to respond, schedule conversations, and assess suitable next steps. We use CRM information to manage business relationships, respond to inbound inquiries, schedule conversations, maintain relevant communications, and conduct appropriate business-development outreach. A general careers introduction is not added to a talent pool or newsletter. If you separately opt in while applying, we use your email to send Radius Field Notes and occasional updates about future roles. We also use submitted information to operate and secure the website and meet legal obligations. We use optional analytics only to understand and improve the website.
For recruitment, Azure OpenAI may compare bounded resume text with human-approved job criteria and return evidence for a match score. Before that comparison, we apply deterministic redaction using the application's known name and contact fields plus patterns for direct identifiers. This reduces names, email addresses, phone numbers, profile links, postal addresses, and self-identification details, but free-form documents can contain identifiers that automated filters do not recognize. We do not send resume files and discard the extracted full text after processing. Azure processes the request within the configured deployment geography and does not use submitted prompts or outputs to train its base models. The score assists sorting and review only. A Radius reviewer makes every hiring decision and chooses every workflow change. After that human choice, our system may send the applicant a confirmation, scheduling invitation, or application update on the reviewer's behalf.
What not to submit
Do not include confidential, regulated, personal, health, financial, credential, client, or other sensitive information. Keep project context high-level until an approved channel and data boundary are in place.
How information is shared
We share personal information only when needed to operate the website, deliver requested newsletter emails, process applications and resumes, route a general careers introduction to the private careers mailbox, deliver messages and appointment confirmations, provide online meetings, operate the sales CRM, measure consented website use, comply with law, or protect our rights and users. Our processors include Microsoft services used for identity, Exchange email, Microsoft Bookings, Teams meetings, private SharePoint resume storage, Azure infrastructure, and Azure OpenAI-assisted comparison; Loops for newsletter delivery; analytics providers; and hosting and database providers. Service providers process information only for the relevant service purpose. We do not sell or rent newsletter, recruitment, project-context, booking, or sales CRM information.
Where information is processed
Our service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where this happens, we use the protections required by applicable law.
How long we keep it
We keep newsletter subscription and suppression records while needed to honor your subscription choices. We keep an active job application only while it is genuinely under review. A hired, rejected, or withdrawn application and its SharePoint resume are scheduled for deletion 180 days after that terminal decision, unless a legal obligation requires a different period. A general careers introduction is scheduled for deletion 180 days after submission; its optional supporting document is delivered only to the private careers mailbox, not stored in the website database. We do not retain applications or introductions for a future talent pool without separate opt-in. A separate marketing consent record is retained only while needed to honor the Field Notes and future-role updates you chose; you can unsubscribe at any time. Our retention target for project-context inquiries, associated CRM records, booking details, and related correspondence is 12 months after the last meaningful contact. At that point, we review the information for deletion or de-identification unless it is needed for an active engagement, legal obligation, or to honor an unsubscribe or do-not-contact request.
Optional analytics
If you accept optional analytics, we use Microsoft Clarity to collect interaction information such as pages visited, clicks, scrolling, device and browser details, heatmaps, and session replays. Clarity may use cookies and similar technologies and Microsoft processes this information on our behalf. Inquiry and booking form fields are explicitly masked from Clarity.
We also use Google Analytics 4 to measure page views, traffic sources, and aggregated website use. Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies and receive browser, device, and approximate regional information. We configure Google advertising signals and ad-personalization signals off. We do not send form fields, email addresses, booking notes, calendar details, or other submitted content to Google Analytics.
We record two conversion events: a completed project-context submission and a completed Workflow Review booking. Those event names contain no form fields, email addresses, booking notes, or calendar details. Review the Microsoft Privacy Statement and Google Privacy Policy for more information about their processing. You can accept, decline, or withdraw this optional analytics consent below.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not submit sensitive information through this website.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may object to direct marketing or ask us not to contact you for business-development purposes. An applicant may request a human-only alternative to AI-assisted comparison or ask for a reasonable application accommodation. You may also withdraw optional analytics consent at any time. To make a privacy request, object to marketing, ask for alternative review, or request an accommodation, email info@theradiuslab.com. We may need to verify your request and will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Children
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. Do not submit personal information if you are under the age at which you can provide consent under applicable law.
