Software Engineer Intern
The opportunity
Build systems that make responsible AI useful in real operations.
Why this role exists
Turn strong product judgment into working software.
You will help shape production-minded web systems, integrations, and internal tooling for Radius engagements. The work is remote, practical, and reviewed closely with a small team.
This is an unpaid remote internship. We state that plainly so you can make an informed decision before applying.
What you will do
Ship small, complete improvements—not isolated exercises.
- Build and improve web interfaces, service integrations, and internal tools alongside experienced engineers.
- Turn product requirements into small, well-scoped implementation tasks with clear acceptance criteria.
- Write maintainable TypeScript and tests; participate in code review and use feedback to strengthen your work.
- Help investigate bugs, validate releases, and document technical decisions so work remains understandable.
- Respect security, privacy, and reliability boundaries when handling real operational workflows and data.
What you bring
Curiosity, care, and an instinct for complete systems.
- A working foundation in TypeScript, JavaScript, modern web development, or comparable software fundamentals.
- Interest in APIs, data boundaries, and product quality—not just interfaces.
- Evidence of self-directed learning through coursework, projects, open source, or a portfolio.
- Clear written communication and the discipline to make work visible in a remote team.
